We assess technology readiness level (TRL), the strength of available evidence, competitive advantage and outstanding needs. We map possible applications, markets, regulatory constraints and industrial capabilities to define a validation roadmap with clear priorities, timing and measurable results.
Intellectual property
We support researchers and companies in defining an appropriate protection strategy covering patents, know-how, trade secrets, ownership and freedom to operate. The pathway includes economic valuation, maintenance of rights and preparation of agreements for licensing, collaborative research and industrial development.
Proof of concept
We design targeted proofs of concept to reduce technical risk and demonstrate value under relevant conditions. We identify expertise, laboratories, partners and funding sources, turning initial assumptions into protocols, milestones, indicators and documentation for dialogue with industry and investors.
Licensing and partnerships

Open innovation
