NAPLES - On 13 June at 18:00, at the Stazione Marittima in Naples, as part of DMED 2026 - Mediterranean Diet Exhibition, the popular science essay "Eat Italian. But Do It Well", published by Edizioni Palinsesto and produced in collaboration with the Technoscience Pontine Science and Technology Park, will be presented.
Edited by Michele Pistillo, Technoscience Account Manager and journalist, and Augusto Orsini, Technoscience Scientific Director, the volume offers a multidisciplinary reflection on the relationship between food, health, sustainability and the local area, addressing topics ranging from marketing to food counterfeiting, from medicine to nutrition, and from food districts to scientific research.
A Collective Essay on Food, Health and the Local Area
The book was created with the aim of promoting greater food awareness through contributions from professionals from different disciplines.
