On September 17, 2024, at Binario F by Facebook in Rome, the event "Artificial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence" took place, organised by Studio Panzarani, Technoscience and S3 Opus within the scope of Rome Future Week. The meeting highlighted the increasingly important dialogue between artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence, offering a space for reflection for experts and professionals from different sectors.
The day began at 10:30 with presentations by two prominent figures. Donata Francescato, former Full Professor of Community Psychology at Sapienza University of Rome and founder of the European Community Psychology Association (ECPA), opened the session by delving into the fundamental role of emotional intelligence in social and educational dynamics. Immediately after, Vittorio Loreto, Professor of Complex Systems Physics at Sapienza University of Rome and Director of Sony Computer Science Laboratories – Rome, contributed a presentation on complex systems and the evolution of artificial intelligence, showing how these technologies are transforming the way we interact with the world. Roberto Panzarani, President of Studio Panzarani & Associates, skilfully led the first session, bringing together the key themes and facilitating a shared reflection.
All 11:30, the floor was then given to Francesco Pappone, Sole Director of AI Sparks and Vice President of EXO Italia, who presented two innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence: AUTOFAD and ARISTOTLE. These two projects stand out for their ability to optimise machine learning and information management, with a significant impact on the training sector. Stefano Di Rosa, Director General of Technoscience, coordinated this session, highlighting the potential of such innovations in the development of increasingly advanced technological solutions.
All 12:30, the long-awaited round table was held, moderated by Felice Paolo Arcuri, Director General of S3 Opus.
