Skills to turn ideas into projects

The Pontino Science and Technology Park, in collaboration with its affiliated company S3Opus and other specialist partners, facilitates training in emerging technologies and the knowledge required to adopt them. The programmes are designed for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers and organisations.

Modern classrooms, equipped laboratories, coworking and incubation spaces combine theory, practical activities and discussion of real-world cases. Training thus becomes a driver of innovation, professional growth and collaboration.

The goal is to make technological skills and opportunities accessible to a broad audience, including people and groups that have traditionally been underrepresented.

An applied learning environment

Technical training

We design programmes on emerging technologies, digital tools and methods required by industrial, energy and scientific transitions. University lecturers and professionals connect fundamentals with applications through up-to-date content aligned with participants’ roles and objectives.

Cross-functional skills

Innovation also requires the ability to design, communicate, collaborate and make decisions in complex settings. Our pathways develop project management, entrepreneurship, problem solving, leadership and innovation management through exercises, real cases and immediately transferable tools.

Laboratories and practice

Laboratories, workshops and hackathons turn learning into direct experience. Participants work in multidisciplinary teams on real challenges, use data and enabling technologies, develop prototypes and receive structured feedback from experts and partner organisations.

Programmes for companies

We build customised programmes based on the organisation’s strategy, processes and skills gaps. Needs analysis, modular content, case studies, project work and outcome assessment make training relevant to operational change and innovation plans.

Community and networking

We support young people, graduates, researchers and professionals in developing profiles suited to research-intensive and innovative organisations. Guidance, technical modules, soft skills, project work and interaction with companies strengthen employability and career awareness.

Startups and new initiatives

We organise short formats for updating skills on regulations, methods, tools and emerging scenarios. Seminars and specialist meetings combine qualified speakers, practical cases and discussion, encouraging exchange between research, business, institutions and professional communities.
