Serve una pipeline che filtri artefatti, gestisca drift dei sensori, riconosca condizioni d\u2019uso reali e produca <strong>feature clinicamente interpretabili<\/strong>. L\u2019<strong>AI<\/strong> non \u00e8 l\u2019effetto speciale ma l\u2019acceleratore che scopre correlazioni su lunghe serie temporali, costruisce <strong>indici di rischio<\/strong> e propone priorit\u00e0 di presa in carico. Gli algoritmi devono spiegare cosa hanno \u201cvisto\u201d: un alert privo di motivazione non \u00e8 accettabile in pratica clinica. Significa classificazione corretta, gestione del rischio, valutazione clinica, sorveglianza post-market. Se c\u2019\u00e8 software di supporto alle decisioni, entrano standard di <strong>ciclo di vita del software medicale<\/strong>, tracciabilit\u00e0 dei requisiti e verifiche indipendenti. La sicurezza non \u00e8 solo cifrare il traffico: \u00e8 <strong>governance del dato<\/strong>, controllo degli accessi, log verificabili, segmentazione degli ambienti, piani di risposta agli incidenti. Le <strong>decisioni<\/strong> arrivano prima, perch\u00e9 la soglia di allerta \u00e8 basata su indicatori robusti e non su impressioni episodiche. La <strong>qualit\u00e0 di vita<\/strong> migliora, perch\u00e9 il monitoraggio non molesta ma sostiene; la tecnologia scompare e restano i benefici. Infine, l\u2019<strong>organizzazione<\/strong> impara: i team costruiscono routine basate su evidenza, il carico si distribuisce meglio, il tempo clinico si usa dove \u2018fa outcome\u2019. Questa \u00e8 la differenza tra \u201cavere un\u2019app\u201d e <strong>praticare telemedicina<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
